By using the WordChanger iOS app, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

WordChanger offers motivational quotes and affirmations, personalized to your preferences, with daily reminders, visual themes and streak tracking. Part of the content and features is free; the rest is available through the WordChanger Premium subscription.

2. Premium subscription

Plans: monthly (€7.99/month), yearly (€29.99/year) — the yearly plan starting with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers — or lifetime access (€44.99, one-time payment). Exact prices are shown in the app before any purchase and vary by country (in the United States: $6.99/month, $24.99/year, $39.99 lifetime).
Occasional special offers may be shown in the app (for example the yearly plan at a reduced price, without free trial); their price and terms are displayed before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple account when the purchase is confirmed, or at the end of the free trial if not cancelled.
The monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase with no renewal.
Manage and cancel: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or from the app (Settings → My subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Purchase restoration is available in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).

3. Content

Quotes attributed to authors belong to the public domain or are used as short quotations. Original texts, the interface, the WordChanger name and logo are protected; any reproduction for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited. Sharing quotes from the app for personal use is welcome.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to bypass the limitations of the free tier, decompile the app, or use it in any unlawful way.

5. Disclaimer

WordChanger is a motivation and well-being app. It does not constitute medical, psychological or professional advice. If you are in distress, please reach out to a healthcare professional.

6. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to its use or temporary unavailability.

7. Changes

We may update the app and these terms. In case of substantial changes, notice will be given in the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
